Poul Lykkesfeldt has over 35 years of Danish and international experience within the areas of transactions (IPOs, ECM and M&A), financial PR, media relations, investor relations, crisis communications, corporate finance, equity research, stakeholder communication, ESG communications and C-level counseling. Poul holds a master’s degree in economics from CBS (the Copenhagen Business School), and a PED from IMD, Lausanne.
Poul founded Reliance A/S in 2005.
